Q:  How often are the coffee beans roasted?

A:  We roast two times per week

 

Q:  Do you have an order cut-off time?

A:  Yes, our order cut-off time are Fridays at noon.  Roasting will be the following week on the 1st roasting day of the week which could be Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

 

Q:  How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

A:  Orders placed on Fridays by noon will be roasted the following week on the 1st roasting day of the week which could be Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

Shipping will be done the same week as the coffee roasted and will be delivered within 5 or more business days.  Arrival of coffee will depend on the shipping provider in your geographic area and distance of shipping.

 

Q:  What shipping providers do you use for delivery?

A:  We use USPS and UPS.  

 

Q:  How much is it for shipping?

A:  Our shipping service providers will assess the weight and distance to determine the best shipping rates available.

 

Q:  Can I return the roasted coffee beans for a refund?

A:  No, since it is a perishable food.

 

Q:  How long do roasted coffee beans last?

A:  Freshly roasted whole coffee beans can last up to one (1) year in a sealed package or one (1) week to a month upon an opened package.
